Read every other review, then read mine.
I learned what I know from doing my homework, and the most important thing I learned was from the reviewers here: How to get the beads from the baggies to the plastic container. I’ve included photos of what others – especially user “Monie” (Thank you, Monie!!) – have outlined as a great way to get the supercharged beads under control.1. Take a piece of paper and fold it halfway in one direction, and then again in the perpendicular direction so you’ve created a paper reservoir for the beads.2. Dump one bag of the beads in the middle of the paper.3. Then fold the paper in half (the shorter way is probably easiest) and dump the beads into the container and close the lid. Always, always close the lid! This kit comes with 12 baggies: 11 colors - most of which are metallic - plus a multicolor bag. Do the multi-color last so you can just dump whatever other lost beads you find in with this lot. ALSO: SAVE THE BAGGIES. There were at least 2 compartments that ended up being over full to the point where I couldn’t close the lid, so I’m keeping the excess in the original bags. I’m not sure if this is a complaint (container too small) or a compliment (more product than expected), so you can decide yourself. Also, the static doesn’t go away just because the beads are in the new container. Every time I open one of the flaps, a number of beads kind of just go wherever they want. So that's two votes for finding a different storage solution. As far as application, I highly recommend going to youtube and watching the professionals do it. I found the easiest way to manipulate the beads is to use a very thin nail art brush coated with a no-wipe top coat (assuming you are using gel polish; if not, use a quick-dry top coat). Tweezers is NOT the way to go. Use the brush to get the beads out of the container and then onto your nail, and then move the beads until you get them where you want them. If you don’t have the right brush, buy one, because otherwise you’ll just be frustrated, and you’ll also have beads everywhere. Because these do go EVERYWHERE.The other important thing to note: if you are used to having super-smooth, shiny nails, having these beads on your nails can be distressing. You have to be comfortable with constantly feeling these bumps on your nails. Turns out, I’m not. While I love the look – check out some of these beauties on here, holy cow! – I hated having these on my nails. I don’t like the feel of a matte top coat either, if that helps. That said, I believe that is a ME problem, which is why I am still rating this product as a 5-star product. Also, they were ridiculously inexpensive. So I will keep them and use them when friends/family asks me for manicure bling.

Super tiny, so cute! They come in baggies BUT EASY FIX!
I was skeptical to buy because of the seemingly unanimous opinion that the static in the small packaging made it difficult to pour the beads from the pouch into the storage container. While that is true, I has small beads rolling everywhere with the first two I opened. Then it dawned on me to pluck the bag to get all of the beads to the bottom. Then take a pair of scissors and cut off the top of the bag going across. Get either a piece or paper and fold it in half and maybe one more time so that it doesn’t bend easily. Open the container compartment you are going to fill, pour the beads into the folded paper so that they congregate in the middle of the folded paper. Then pour the beads into the compartment. No more static issue or bead mess! VIOLA! Problem solved ;-)

Extra tiny and great for nail art
Beads are smaller than others I have used, which is great for nails.Getting them out of the baggies into the container is missy because of the static cling. The compartments barely fills up half way, photos a litttle miss leading. And they list no weight. In case you are a paper crafter like me. I use them to make shaker cards. I was disapointed each color may have enough for three cards.Again, perfect for nail art though.

Great product but be ready for some work...
Great product, great colors, perfect size for nail caviar but please know that the cryptic line in the product description that reads: “Decoration note: In order to prevent transportation leakage, please do it separately” means that every color ships in its own tiny ziplock bag and YOU will need to fill the container shown in the pics. Ok so if you think about it it makes perfect sense as there wasn’t even one bead out of place when it arrived but it was quite a bit of work. And the plastic container leaves a bit to be desired. The little lids are so hard to open that I used the edge of a cuticle pusher...and broke off one of them. Good side is it being so tight I guess it won’t leak. Shipping was VERY fast!!! Rcvd in a few days.

Very tiny but PERFECT!
Great packaging, packed separately so they dont mix! Very tiny amd will be a little hard to get into case but that's my problem! Very nice beads, in different sizes too. Overall very happy with purchase, productand shipment!

items are all separate
I was first surprised that the item did not come as it looked in the photo. All beads were in separate tiny bags that had to either be given as a gift this way, with the empty plastic case. Or as I wanted to give it the way it was pictured, I had to empty out all the tiny beads into the case first. This doesn't sound hard, but these beads are super tiny and the electricity within the bags made the beads all stick to the walls of the bag. Getting the beads into the case was not easy and as careful as I was, I lost some and it was time consuming. Of course you can leave this job for someone else, but it did not say anywhere that it wouldn't arrive as pictured. But the most concerning part is the plastic container does not stay shut. the individual compartments on one side simply pop open, the hinge end is very loose and the clasp end, which is just molded plastic is weak and does not snap shut. so the beads keep getting out and being lost, or mixing with the other colors. On the contrary the other side of the case the clasps are very tight, almost too difficult to open at first. but at least the snap shut and are secure.
