Q: My tool squeaks when rolling. Is this normal?

Mine makes almost no noise and spins very freely. I would say it's not normal... maybe something wrong with internal bearings???

Q: Is this product suppose to come with a carrying case? For some reason, I believe on her website it had a black string pouch.

I just ordered mine from Amazon and it did not come with a black string pouch , just the box, so i keep mine in there.. I am seeing results after only approx a month and I love it
