Q: How long (inches) are the brackets?

I just measured 12" before the bracket starts to curve up a bit (so the chairs don't slide off). This measurement is from the point where the bracket is attached to the "wall rail". Though I thought this rack was a little pricey, it's worth every penny.

Q: Will rack hold Stakmore chairs w upholstered seat cushions: 36" tall. Rear crossbar to hang on:12" across? Is it neces to find studs in cinder block?

I don't know anything about the stakmore brand W upholstery. I barely, but comfortably, fit 15 Mity-Lite chairs that are not upholstered. They hang upside down with the crossbar. lastly, studs are a must with this much weight. But the adjustability should make that relatively easy to accomplish.

Q: Can this hold folding tv tables?

These are rated at 120lbs. I can not guarantee they will work for folding tv tables, but as long as they do not exceed the weight limit and have a bar to hang from these should work just fine.
