Hello. Yes. You may power this dual-lens PoE camera Duo 2 PoE by a DC 12V/2A power adapter or a PoE switch(48V 802.3af compliant).

Q: I already ran the wires for the Reolink kit. Can I swap out a camera with this one or does it require 2 ethernet cables for the 2 lenses?

You could swap out cameras but you have make sure the NVR is updated to the latest firmware and also this cameras. It doesn’t require 2 Ethernet cable but it does take space of two Chanel on your NVR. Example You will plug in channel 1 but it will take channel 2 space with one Ethernet cable plug in channel 1. Hope it helps.

Q: Does it support google assistant or alexa? I want to be able to view video feeds and get alerts from my google and alexa iot devices.

This is a PoE camera that requires it to be wired and connected to the REOLINK NVR. The feed can be viewed via the REOLINK app and a TV connected to the NVR. The REOLINK app does have an option to allow push notifications from its app, BUT it is not currently integrated with Google Assistant or Alexa. REOLINK does sell wifi cameras that are integrated with Google Assistant or Alexa. Search for REOLINK wifi on Amazon or go to the REOLINK website.
