I was in the hospital could try this. No INSTRUCTIONS were included. So I don’t know how to even charge it. Don’t see a place to charge this, is this a joke?Not funny.

Can’t really understand the directions. No pictures and WEIRD English. I can’t tell if I am using it correctly or how to clean it.

Like price and unit is nice overall. But instructions are non-existent on how to use on skin. There are 3 diamond heads but no identifiers on the actual heads. They all look alike. So I would recommend spend 20.00 more dollars and get clear instructions.
