To everyone,First, let me say this: everyone’s body are not equal, therefore each person using this product, their body will react differently.In my case after 3 day usage, my energy was getting low rather than high. I started to fe very uncomfortable pain around my abdominal start the first day. On the 3rd, i could barely lift my arms after the gym. Further, my heart was pounding even though I have taken the supplement 13 hours earlier. Moreover, I noticed my eyes blood vessels could be seen.I am not a rookie with gym supplements and I workout 5 days a week lifting weights. But I thought I give this a try not only for energy purpose but also for cutting back (shredding). Unfortunately my body reaction was not what I expected.My caution to everyone as a human, do not take this. Please don’t risk anything. It’s not worth it. You wanna suppress your appetite to lose weight? Do cardio. I mean not on treadmill because on the 3 or 4 day, you will be bored and don’t wanna do it. We are human and we get bored easily Instead, go for exactly 2.5-3 miles walk 4-5 days a week. And I will tell you this that it does make a big difference and you’ll see a change within yourself.Now you are wondering how come I didn’t do that? I used to but lately I been traveling a lot for work and I wanted to do a short cut. Unfortunately it’s not a healthy one.My review are for all 3 products (the blue, the red and the burgundy colored). I don’t recall the name and I am not exiting to comeback to write the review again lol.Good luck.

Con el producto estoy muy satisfecha., pero con amazon no para mi membrecia cada mes y cada producto que encargo se tarda mas de 5 dias eso me tiene desepcionada e insatisfecha
