Q: How many racks will this bottle rub.

It really depends how much you apply, but I have done 6-8 St Lous Spares and 10-12 Babyback's with a single bottle, it is quite a bit. If you use a lot, you may want to consider buying the two pack.

Its 12.5 oz bottle. And let me tell you its my favorite rub hands down, I can honestly say I have tried them all and, this is the best.

Q: Is this the only thing yall put on the meat, or do you use salt and pepper also?

Season anyway you like it but this rub does contain some salt and is perfect on its own!
