Petorbond is an proprietary oil bonded casting media that is ready to use with nothing to add or mix. Unlike water mixed casting sand the Petrobond does not easily evaporate. For long term storage you should keep in a sealed container or plastic bag. If you are not familiar with oil bonded casting media it is consumable. After casting the burned Petrobond around the casting needs to be removed and discarded. The remainder is ready to be used again.
