nice book
The theme of this book focuses on how to heal your heart, find strength, and live your best life. It delves into various aspects such as the influence of family of origin, the handling of interpersonal relationships, and self-growth and breakthroughs, all of which are issues that people often encounter and feel confused about in their daily lives. Through the author's delicate depictions and profound analyses, readers are able to know themselves more clearly, understand their inner pain and struggles, and find ways to get out of their predicaments. The book provides many practical suggestions and methods to help readers stop hurting themselves and regain confidence and courage in life. For example, the author emphasises the importance of looking at the past and taking stock of patterns, and offers advice on turning comfort zones into discomfort zones, facing up to fears and embracing your true self. These suggestions are not only inspiring but also easy to follow, so readers can try and practice them according to their own realities.

Highly recommended!
I've been a fan since following the Good Quote on instagram, and I wasn't let down. It's in a refreshingly unique format, with a mix of personal experiences, highs, lows, life advice & quotes. I especially loved the section titled "Connecting with the privilege of living", as someone who has suffered a bereavement. I'd recommend it for anyone wanted to hear a fresh perspective on mental health from a young female British-Trinidadian entrepreneur!
