Q: Can I switch from one Bluetooth device to another?

Once paired via Bluetooth, you can connect through either the devices themselves or the Technics Audio Connect app. After pairing, the earbuds will automatically switch between devices when new media starts playing or when a call comes through.

Q: Why does one earbud have better battery life than the other?

The earbud that is removed from the charging case first starts the Bluetooth pairing process with your devices, which may result in slightly shorter battery life.

Q: Noise Cancelling does not work, or is not strong enough.

A correct fit ensures proper noise cancelling & acoustics. Choose an earpiece size that fits snugly, and twist gently as you insert in your ear for a secure seal. Use the Technics Audio Connect app to control external sound and noise cancelling mode.

Q: One side ear bud sounds muffled.

As the earbud is worn in the ear, earwax attached on it may cause muffel sound; please try cleaning the tip as the app instructs.
