Clarke CSG1C Air Stapler Gun

For upholstery a great tool. Fairly lightweight and balanced, feels comfortable in the hand whick for long term use is important, and if you're not using it a lot you won't be considering it. I have upholstered a super king headboard which would have been So much more difficult with a manual stapler.No misfiring staples and the long nose is perfect for getting in to tight to reach spots. My air line is usually bolted to A Sand Blasting Cabinet so I also had to buy an adaptor which was £7 from screwfix but this is definitely a value for money tool if you have a compressor

Great gun this. My first job was weaving a new canoe seat onto an Ash frame with polypropylene webbing and galvanised staples which it handled brilliantly.It's a nice small size so easier to manoeuvre.

Good piece of kit, but the staple size has been downsized which is disappointing

Really annoyed by this one.Bought in time for a weekend project. Picture shows a euro coupling which was great as that's what I've got.Turned out to be a PCL instead.Even the manual picture shows a euro coupling.Had to steal a euro coupling from another tool to use.Beware, the PCL coupling has thread locker on it so it was a pain to remove.Definitely not happy about it as I ordered this over a less expensive model.

The product was delivered next day as acknowledged when ordered, I have put it to use upholstering a stool I made and it performed without fault, cut the project time down by two thirds. I would recommend purchase.

It is not really designed for upholstery or the like. The small staples it takes tend to cut through more delicate materials. Some had trouble with the trigger, I didn't find that. It is limited in what it can be used for so you really need to be sure it will do what you want it to. I will probably use it for small wood working projects or the like.
