Really cool clock and really happy with it

The clock looks lovely, it's sweet and looks good. My cat was obsessed with the second hand to begin with and would look up at it hungrily.The second hand. Yes, it's impressive to watch it sweep smoothly around the clock but I think the second hand is the source of the problem. The problem being that I've had to change the battery within 2 months. I'm using premium batteries so that's not the problem. I'm sure batteries normally last about 2 years in my previous bathroom clocks so this seems excessive to me.Lucky it looks cute. The long-term running costs will be high and I just find it strange.
