No.You will get four 3.2v 50ah,to combine into a 50Ah 12v battery.

Q: is there a BMS in the cell packs?

No these are individual cells and bus bars. I used a BMS from overkill and 2x of these to make a 24v battery back out of 8 of these cells

Q: grade and max discharging rate?

The continuous discharge rate is 1C, and the maximum is 3C.Hope this help.

Q: What is the distance between the positive and negative posts?

4.8inch/12.2cm.Please note that the positive and negative poles should not be measured directly, as it may cause a short circuit between the positive and negative poles.
