Great mug. Lean proof & keep coffee hot for hours.

Everything about this mug is great except that it doesn’t fit in my car drinks holder, and it very much holds the smell of your drink. Fine if you only ever use it for coffee. Keeps it lovely and hot though and the splash guard thing is great.

Lovely looking product but sadly not fit for purpose. Bought so I could take decent coffee to work. So far, it has leaked coffee all over the inside of my bag on several occasions so I've given up with it. At first I thought I wasn't screwing the lid on tight enough but even screwing it on as tight as I can it still leaks if the cup can't be maintained in an upright position. Maybe I have a faulty one but I'm outside the return window so it's been an expensive mistake.

I've had the Mug for a while now and have been using it for nearly a month. I usually make coffee and take it with me to work. I am really impressed by how well it maintains warm for up to 4 hours. The taste has slightly changed but I have come to accept it. No leakage for my Mug but it is too wide for me to hold it.

As the headline says, so far so good. Haven't had a chance to see how long it lasts, but hopefully I'll update this review in the future. So far, a definite thumbs-up.Pros:--Design is clean and minimalist (I got the 12-oz white version). Also seems very robust and simple - almost nothing to break. It fits well in my car's cupholder (CR-V) and under my coffee machine's outlet nozzle (Keurig K40 - nothing fancy).--Ceramic coating does preserve the flavor. Doesn't taste so odd any more.--Doesn't spill easily. With the lid fully screwed on, I haven't had it spill even when full (just from lightly turning it over a few times in my hands).--Keeps in the heat well. So far the longest I've left coffee in it has been only two hours, but it's done very well keeping things hot.Cons:--While the design is pretty sleek overall, it does require two hands to open the lid when driving, which is a primary use case for me. But it's a minor issue compared to spill prevention.--The lip of the mug (against which you place your lips) is stainless steel, which may get a little chilly, and adds a very slight taste to the coffee. But it would have been really difficult to add a ceramic coating to this part and still keep a good seal and a good price point, so I'm not dinging any points for this.The only thing left to see is longevity. Four stars.Edit 4/14/22: I've used this thing literally every day since I got it. So far only a couple minor dents and dings, and it's held up pretty well. Upgrading to 5 stars.Edit 6/27/23: I'd recommend hand washing (at least the main body of the mug - can probably put the lid and splash guard in the dishwasher). The interior coating is fine, so the taste isn't affected but the exterior coating has started to bubble and flake off after maybe 100 dishwasher cycles. There's also been coating failure spreading from the dents and dings on the top of the main body (just below the stainless-steel lip), which is just normal with use. Again, though, I use this thing literally every day and wash it maybe twice a week in the dishwasher, so I'd say I've gotten my money's worth and am happy with it.

I had the mint chip 12oz for just over a year and knew it was time to invest in another. 1000% recommend! The 12oz is perfect for espresso, lattes, tea, or any hot drinks! The splash guard is super helpful for when driving or walking around. This mug fits perfectly in cupholders, totes, and backpacks! The price is worth it and the quality is top tier!

The size and durability of this mug is spot on. It looks amazing. My coffee maintains its heat well...for a short while. I have one main issue. I purchased the 16 oz mug in black first. It is AMAZING! Coffee stays hot all day. This white, 12 oz mug does not please as well. My coffee does not maintain its heat as long. It seems to go lukewarm rather fast. There is clearly something different or wrong between this mug and the 16 oz mug. Very disappointing. In addition the color shows drips or spills prompting the need to wipe it often so I'd think twice before buying the white even though it is a really pretty mug. If I had it to do over I would buy another black 16 oz mug because it was tried and true.
