I personally think this is a great vitamin for someone in their 50s and it doesn’t have a funky taste and although it is large in size, I have no problem swallowing it. I personally think it gives you a little zest in your energy.

I’ve been dealing with a mix of physical pain, weak nails, and other signs of aging. Recently, I started a new routine for skin, hair, and nails, and added Alive! 50+ to the mix. At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but over time I’ve noticed small but noticeable improvements. My nails are starting to feel stronger, and I’m experiencing less physical discomfort. While it hasn’t been a miracle fix, it’s definitely part of the positive changes I’ve been seeing. It’s a slow process, but I’m glad to be feeling better, and I’m hopeful that the routine is making a difference.That said, it’s a bit pricey, but both times I’ve gotten it for over 50% off, which really helps with the cost. Definitely buy when the price is right.

I've been taking this vitamin for over a year and love the energy it gives me! I'm amazed at how fast my nails grow, too! Although it is a large pill, I have no problem swallowing it with water, nor have I noticed a bad odor or bad taste that others have commented about. If anything, I might get a faint whiff of "garden greens" and figure that's just the healthy fruits and veggies! :)

Really loving this vitamin! I am 49 and started taking this vitamin a little over a week ago and I have seen positive changes in my mood, energy level and sleep. I will continue to use in combination with a balanced diet and excessive

I find this to be a very complete formula with all 8 B vitamins in a base of fruit and vegetables. You also have some unique herbs and mushroom micronutrients. Good formula for a good price. I have not had any of the “side effects” cited in the other reviews. Update: I just bought another bottle but IDK what happened in shipping….the box came crushed with the top open and the bottle was dented. The only reason I am keeping it is because the seal is intact. Not the best delivery job, Amazon!
