Another Tyndale Commentary
Good stuff as usual

Definitely one of the first commentaries to reach for when studying these books!
As I am preaching through 2 Peter at the moment I'm using this commentary and finding it fairly useful. It is definitely one of the better Tyndale commentaries as it has a much better narrative flow than most of them. As always with Tyndale it is very good when it comes to technical details to do with the Greek, but where it scores particularly highly is with the exegesis of the text (in other words what is all about). If you're looking for a commentary which is reasonably priced this is a good one along with the one by Dick Lucas in BST. Definitely very useful when it comes to preaching and preparing Bible studies. As such this might be a bit heavy for some people's personal Bible study. If you want one which is better for personal Bible study (not so technical, but a bit of depth so that it is reasonably profound) I'd recommend 'Living in a fallen world' which covers1 and 2 Peter by Michael Bentley and 'Slandering the Angels' which is an excellent commentary on Jude by John Benton (definitely one of the best commentaries I've ever read on Jude including more academic or technical ones). Both of these are available in Welwyn commentaries by Evangelical Press and I have written reviews on both of them if you want to check them out. If I could I'd probably give this one another half star!
