Comfortable

These fit great and are more comfortable than my normal briefs. I have stress incontinance from prostate surgery and these control all my leaks. They are machine washable which is a big plus. So many others are not. The cup design gives you the needed absorbancy without having gobs of fabric between your legs. I dont know how well they would do for surges, but they work for me.

These pants are comfortable to wear. The are absorbent and I have not experienced any leakage. They are expensive but in my opinion worth the money for the peace of mind they give.

Okay for dribbles

Wanted to try and be eco conscious so ordered these to use instead of disposable pants. They unfortunately cannot replace disposable because they don't absorb enough. Okay for dribbles but not leakages.They are comfy though so if we are staying at home my husband can wear them with a pad, because of being near the toilet. But no good for journeys.Mild incontinence only.
