Application:

Inserting: Fold the cup and insert. The cup opens out again inside and creates a leak-proof seal.
Removing: Take hold of the cup by the stem, press in the round part of the cup (to release the suction) and remove. Empty the content into the toilet and wash under running water.
Adapting to fit: First try out the cup with the whole stem. If required, use nail scissors to remove 1 or 2 rungs of the stem.
Cleaning: Boil the cup in water with a little vinegar for 5 minutes. Store in an airy place.
