It depends on what battery pack it is the ipad holder depth is 2cm. max open size 23.5cm, max loaded is 2kg. the battery pack can not exceed these specifications

Not recommended for use on 1.5in square tubes, you can search B0BN1PKDGT on Amazon.it is the newest products. this clamp open size is up to 1.57in.it can support 1-1/2" square tubes
