The ink started flowing immediately after I opened it and tested it out on a piece of paper. Very smoothe!

I like a traditional nib pen. However, expensive pens dry out, filling them is difficult, and your hands get covered with ink.I have found these pens that I had forgotten about from years ago in a drawer, and they work like I just bought themThese are a true treasure to use and own.

While I really like these disposable Pilot fountain pens, the set I received do not appear to be a fine point pen. These pens are very smooth and dry fairly quickly. Overall, very good pens.

I usually try to be resourceful and reuse a lot of my materials. However I do realize that this is counter to that. But maintaining a fountain pen and switching out the ink is a terribly messy and time consuming process. The quality for the price of these pens is well worth it in my opinion.

I got this for holiday cards and personal correspondence. The major positive for me is that it writes very smoothly on almost all paper surfaces - and this indirectly gives you confidence in your penmanship compared to a ballpoint or flare tip pen. If you've been curious to try a fountain pen, but found them too difficult, or messy to use, consider giving these a try.
