I am sorry to report that this supplement has had no effect on me whatsoever.NOT even a hint or trace of that promised "effect".I followed instructions to the letter but NO Immediate JOY. it must be ME.I must say after 12 hours to 20 hours I did feel the wood and I am not sure if it was medicine or the body was just repunished and ready for action.good luck to others who see want to give it a go.

Tell you what; I'm thinking of standing on my soap box and shouting to the roof top saying how good this product is. tried everything conceivable there is to try but nothing comes within a country mile of this product. As a matter of fact, 5 stars is just not enough praise for this product.
