This is one of my concerns before I bought this headset. Even I saw the previous answer, I still decided to give a try. The answer is, yes, you can hear yourself when you talk, you can hear yourself for both noise cancellation and non noise cancellation modes. I am so glad I can hear myself during the phone meetings.
