Q: Are these really oven safe?

I haven't seem anywhere in the literature, that these plates etc are oven safe. Microwave YES- but NEVER put plates like this in an Oven. You will be responsible yourself, if they crack

Q: Anyone who has been using this set frequently, have you noticed any chips or scratches? Is is really durable for every day use?

We use this all the time goes in microwave and oven and dishwasher no scratches or chips. ( square plates are large so may not fit in a small microwave) I did smash a plate ( dropped on the tiled floor) and the customer service was excellent, highly recommend love my dinner service
