How are they easy to replace? I can’t find an option to buy on their own?

It’s a volume button for extra mic you can plug in great portable PA use it for busking

Q: How do you play music though it? do you need a specific app? i connected my phone via bluetooth but no sound on youtube/apple music etc

When using Bluetooth make sure you switch to Bluetooth Mode not just a Bluetooth connection. Use the arrows pointing left & right on the back to do so.

Q: can a a wireless headphone set be fitted?

The Bluetooth connection is for input only. You could attach a wireless headphone system with a dedicated transmitter via the 'output' phono connection.
