Shipping Weight: 1.9 pounds (View shipping rates and policies) and I would say it probably does not weigh much more than a 1 lb. I do not find it very heavy and I am classified as a senior citizen. I hope this helps you.

Q: Is this blow dryer on the quiet side?

I would say, no, compared to the dryer I had previously. That one cost more, however. This one isn't necessarily loud, in my opinion, but not quiet either.

Q: How long is the cord??

Maybe they shortened the cord, but mine from 2019 only measures 5 feet long.
