Q: Is this product fully stainable / paintable?

I don't know if it's either stainable or paintable. I only use it on black walnut wood, which I don't stain. Like most glues, I'm sure it won't stain, but you should be able to paint over it.

Q: Can this be used to seal wood knots? Is it paintable (paint will be white)?

I don't know about sealing knots; I would use something else myself. But the glue dries very dark brown, so I don't think it would be a good choice for something that you will be painting white -- I would use a white or cream glue.

Q: I have a pair of pointed toe boots where the tips have been drug and small leather tear, metal shows. Will this give brown finish and stop tearing?

I don't know if this will stop the tearing but Tuff Toe Polyurethane Work/Sport Boot Protector chemical and water-resistant (Tan) will protect the tips.

Q: How long does this take to dry?

It depends on the environment, usually about 30 minutes and completely dry in about 24 hours.
