Strawberry plugs are amazing quality
I’ve ordered my second order for these Strawberry plugs. I’ve left it a few months before I left a review as I wanted it to be honest. I cannot speak highly enough for these plants, we have a strawberry patch from the 40 plugs I’ve bought. The strawberries are the best I’ve ever eaten, they are so delicious!! The plants all thrived once I planted them. Excellent seller. Excellent quality. Thank you very much!

Strawberry plants are growing well
The strawberry plants were ordered as bare root plants , after soaking in some water picked up very well.Planted them in a tub and they are doing well and have some flowers on.

Update: Delivered very dry, but all alive and well. They grow very quickly.
The plants overall look good and relatively healthy. The plants consisted of only the roots, no leaves or anything, just a little green stub. But they did look alive. They were delivered in a plastic delivery bag with no moisture, so the roots were very dry. They arrived 5 days before they were supposed to, which is great. But I honestly don't think they would have lasted that long in the conditions they were in..I have planted them immediate so they should survive, but they really need to be shipped in a more plant-friendly way.I will update if any of them grow or not. I am expecting them to grow since they were clearly still alive. We will see.Edit:I have upped my review to 4 starts. All the plants grew and they are looking very healthy and growing new leaves every day. I have ordered 20 more plants now - so I am very happy with them.Still only 4 starts as I do think the packaging and the way it's shipped causes the plants to get really dry - and maybe cause some to die. But they were very much alive, and grew (are growing) really well.

Quick delivery and Growing Well
They seem to be doing well in compost to bring them on but one was in a bad way when it arrived hence only 3* rating. Time well tell what crop it produces.

Perfect
As others have stated, soak the plants over night in water.I’ve then planted them and they seem to be thriving in this warm Scottish weather.Received 6 extra plants that are still in water and will be planted in pots today and they’re looking great. Can’t wait until next season and hopefully have a plenty of fruit 😊

Lovely Little Plants
I ordered 12 of these and planted them in early June. I was doubtful I would be able to grow any strawberries this year as it w as quite late to plant the crop. However, the strawberries have been growing beautifully and I have harvested 1 which ripened and it was lovely and sweet.I also will include how I have been growing as I read some other reviews and they were very helpful.I first soaked the roots in cold water for 24 hours. Once soaked, I prepared a rectangular plant pot (around 50cm in length) with drainage holes and placed compost soil into it, making sure to firm the soil as I went along. I did 3 strawberry roots per pot but I recommend doing 2 at most as the pot can become a bit crowded for 3 plants.I then watered the plans every day, making sure not to overwater. The soil should only be moist on the surface. I watered them with tomatoe power grow fertiliser each week. Once they started fruiting, I am using fertiliser twice a week as the plants use a lot of nutrients to grow their strawberries. My shoots also started growing in 4-5 days after planting and the pots being placed in a location of good sunlight in my garden. The fruit has taken around 1 and a half months to grow.Just be mindful that if you want a really good harvest next year, you can try pinching off the white flowers when they have bloomed and you will not have any strawberries this year. This will just allow the root system to establish itself.
