We bought this for our son's second birthday. It is delivered in 3 boxes at the same time. A couple items punched through the boxes, but not significantly, and they were not damaged at all. Everything was in good shape.I spent an afternoon laying out the pieces and bolting the main part together. The items are color coded by purpose, but it will take a moment to sort. This is big! I thought I was missing a wheel bolt cap, but it was in the part that is used when hammering down to not damage your floor.My husband spent about 45 minutes another day screwing the item together with a power drill since screwing by hand would be incredibly difficult. I recommend two adults construct this simultaneously.Once constructed, this is amazing. It is safer than I expected. There are rails that contain children at the top, and there is a ridge that holds the car in place as they climb in for launch. Children sit well in the car, and if they keep their feet inside, they will coast.Children push the car up the ramp via stairs built into the ramp, and then they climb in and push off. Ages 3-7 traveled about 30 feet on a slightly sloping grassy and bumpy lawn. We had this for a birthday party, and many children went time and time again.The sides of the ramp that are ridged and sunken for the wheels have been excellent for rolling other items like Hotwheels and balls. The children also just enjoy climbing this item and then coming back down.This item is not recommended by Step 2 for freezing temperatures. As such, we are being sure to keep the construction manual for winter to deconstruct. We also made sure to use a new drill bit. However, in the meantime, it seems low maintenance. There are drainage holes, and the plastic is easy to wipe down.Based on the kids' praise of the item, and based on the fascination of the parents (one parent insisted to her husband that they get one), I would say this is a 5 star product. My kids use it time and time again. I wish I met the weight rating! It holds more weight than many competitive products, and it really sends kids for a ride. Amazing!

Bought this for my grandson and he absolutely loves it! Hours of fun in the backyard. Perfect addition to our backyard play area. Definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to add some fun to their yard for the kiddos ! Easy assembly, took just about 40-45 minutes to put together and we had our 4 year old grandson rolling! Looks like it’ll last him for at least a couple years . We love it!

Excellent fun for all under 80# weight. Have an electric drill with a Phillips screwdriver head, a small adjustable, a half inch socket and a hammer to assemble. Assembles easily via picture diagrams. Very very sturdy. 5 year old and 2.5 year old are outside in the rain having a blast. I suggest a bike helmet just in case someone falls from the deck. The wheels of the car "lock" in grooves at the top of the platform to allow safe boarding. Steps up the track are easy to negotiate and are not slick in the rain. Excellent buy!Edit a year later: of all the toys we have purchased, this wins hands down! Here we are a little over a year later, and the kids still go for this when they are outdoors. It has held up very well in an extraordinarily hot summer with no damage, and they ride daily. Excellent toy!

Fairly easy to put together. My child loves this roller coaster and has worn out the grass from using it so much.

Bought this for my daughter for her birthday. Everyone from age 2-13 wanted to ride. My husband put it together without much grumbling so easy assembly. Size is just big enough to give them a thrill but isn’t dangerous. Price was a little high but this is a piece that we will use for many many years and kids. Rideability is great and my 3 year old can easily push the cart up the ramp herself. A backyard favorite.

My son loved this and could not get enough of it. Assembly is pretty complicated the instructions are not always clear on which bolts or screws to use plus none of the pieces were labeled so it was a bit of a guessing game when following the steps. Also just a heads up mine didn't come with any tools not a huge problem for me but anyone looking to buy this should have a screwdriver, a wrench or socket wrench or you won't be able to put it together.
