This tool is amazing, better than expected! It took me 2 chops of a cabbage head to understand how to use it effectively. I got nice thin strands for my cole slaw and for my halušky. Nice craftsmanship and sturdy metal used in the manufacture.... and it is NOT from China. I recommend anyone who uses cabbage regularly to get one.

I love Cole slaw so my wife got me this. I was super skeptical as it seems pretty flimsy/cheap. But I watched the video where they shoved a paring knife into the core and went for it. I chopped a head of cabbage into slaw in less than a minute# Could the handle be bigger? Yes. Could the quality be better? Yes. But, for $13 I'll just get another when this one wears out.

It’s not sharp enough and since I am left handed I couldn’t use it, but my right handed husband didn’t fare better. Did a better job with a knife. Waste of money
