C30 dockside water project
Fit perfectly, works perfectly 👌!

It works, use a filter before the valve
It works well in my set up to prevent backward flow of water. Be sure to test the valve, to make sure it works. It’s a good idea to add an inline filter before this check valve to prevent any debris from clogging the valve and preventing it from closing. I learned this the hard way.

About time
I have bought 3 valve so far , it about time I found one that works with high flow but low pressure. So anyway it’s working right so far. Only thing I didn’t like was it slow my flow down some. Will see if it last. I’m using it on my hydroponic system and working so far. I try to update and let you know how it does work in the long haul

Failed completely a few days after 30 day return window
Would give this zero stars if allowed. Bought this check valve as a second check valve to prevent city water from back flowing into my RV fresh water tank. Yesterday city water overflowed my fresh water tank yet again. I could not believe it. This was a brass check valve. How could it possibly fail. When I removed the valve to examine, the plastic parts inside the brass housing were shredded. Don’t be fooled by brass housing. The plastic insides failed in little over 1 month. I replaced it with a brass ball valve. Yes I have to manually open and close it but at least it will not allow further overflowing of my fresh water tank.

Broke after a few Months of use
It was great at first but the little bar inside that stops the ball from blocking the flow in the right direction broke after a few months of use. Hard to spend that much money on an item that doesn’t last but a few months.

Works as advertised on initial installation.
City water connection in our RV was back-filling our fresh water tank through the electric pump check valve. Instead of replacing the $200 water pump, I thought I would try an in-line check valve. Couldn’t find one at any of the local hardware or big box stores. Found this one. It arrived 3 days late, after our weekend camping trip, oh well. Installed it yesterday morning and hooked up city water to the camper. Left city water on all day. In the evening I opened the drain on the fresh tank to see how much had leaked by and only got a couple of drops. Check valve stopped the backfill. Don’t know how much it will restrict the flow pressure when using the pump and fresh water tank, but I’ll update once we try it. On first test, it worked as it was supposed to and installed easily into 1/2 braided vinyl tubing.

It works
I installed this on my rv because the built in check valve on two of my water pumps failed. Because of location, it was installed on the lift side of the pump which works but being brass casing with a brass ball it chatters at low volume. It might not do that on the high pressure side. Never the less, it’s been doing it’s job for the last 3 months which was frustrating before when I’d find water flowing out of my fresh water tank vent when hooked up to an outside connection

Not for long term use
The check-valve lasted just short of 2 years before the pin inside that stops the ball when pressurized positively broke free from its clear glue and the ball shut off the flow entirely. Spent the extra on all-brass assuming I was getting superior quality... evidently I was wrong.
