These serve it's purpose. It scrubs well and works on my dishes without scratching them. However, if using for house hold cleaning I feel the green Scotch Brite is tougher for scrubbing. I need one of these for cleaning my stove flat top and the blue one does have as much of an abrasive scrub to get off the tough splatters. I chose the blue ones because of the color but not I know there is a difference.

We can rely on Scotch-Brite quality and I really needed softer non-scratch to protect my investment in a set of French Stainless Steel Pans and works well to keep them shinning. I like to cut in half for easy use, and feel I get extra value with durability too.
