Product works well. I needed a higher ratio mix to get the job done and some places needed a couple of applications. Worked fine for me.

Striped the grime and varnish off wood floor and stone floor very effectively.

Strips the coating from my amtico flooring only down side not as strong as amtico stripper but a lot cheaper

Not as expected
This product, despite saying it is for professional use, does not clean well. Even after scrubbing hard, manually and with the machine, the cleaning quality is clearly not for professional purposes.
