Q: Does this fit a 2016 RX350?

Since the 2016 RX350, and other Lexus models, have had body style changes since the 2014 RX350 came on the market, I cannot assure you that it will fit. The best action for Shariff to take is to call the vendor and get assurances from them that the hitch is compatible with the 2016 RX350 frame.Alan

Q: Does this fit a 2009 Lexus RX350?

I cannot answer. It worked great on my 2010 RX350. However the body differnces between the 2010 and 2009 RX350s are obvious. but I have no idea about the wiring changes lexus (Toyota) made between 2009 and 2010 models. This is just simple wiring so it means Lexus included the 4 diodes someplace in the 2010 and later models. Diodes are needed to isolate the turn signals from the brake lights. (3A, 50V minimum rating) In older vehicles I have installed hitches on, I installed my own diodes. it isn't difficult if one is good at soldering and taping. The 2010 RX 350 was the first vehicle I installed a pre- wired plug in harness on. previous vehicles "hand rewired" : 1978 VW Rabbit, 2002 Saturn, 2005 Ford escape ,2009 Subaru Forester. Diodes installation is pretty straight forward. need 4 anode (triangle end) connect one each to left and right turn signal wires, cathode (flat line) to right trailer wire, left to left trailer wire. Brake needs 2 diodes both anodes to brake light wire, one cathode each to left and right trailer turn signal wires. Enjoy

Q: Does this fit 2015 Lexus 450h ?

I have a 2010 RX350 that has trailer prep package and fit perfectly. If yours has the trailer prep package, I would think it would fit. Check for the connector that is located on the drivers side, back of the car, behind the plastic cover on the underside behind the bumper.
