Melissa Womens Zen Clog

I bought the beige pair, which was only $9, which is a very affordable price for Melissa brand shoes. The other colors cost more, but the beige was what I wanted anyway. I don't understand why sometimes other colors cost more! I can understand other sizes costing more because more material is used, but color?! Maybe someone can explain this to me.As usual with Melissa shoes (and I own a few), there is a sweet smell to them. Some say it smells like bubblegum, but I'm chewing gum right now wearing my new Melissa shoes, and the shoes smell nothing like the gum. However, I LIKE the smell of Melissa shoes, but this will be up to the buyer's individual taste. They smell sweet and, for me, the smell DOES dissipate with wear.The sole says "100% real plastic", and I included a photo of it. I didn't know that was a "thing", or a selling point. I also didn't know that there is, apparently, fake plastic? Anyway, I like it, and I look for vegan shoes, and the sole at least tells me that no animals were used to make these shoes. I find that vegan shoes also last longer.I've attached some other photos, including one that shows what they look like with shorts, one with pants. I think they are versatile and convenient. Versatile because they can be worn with shorts or pants, convenient because they are slip-on that are especially useful when your pedicure isn't up to par and you need to run a quick errand so flip-flops are out of the question.Oh...and delivery was FAST, too.Thank you.

It’s comfortable and beautiful!

Ordered black, color is more gray. Just ordered for slogging around the garden when I don’t have time to put on real shoes, so they are fine. Love that they are PVC and the damp grass won’t get my toes. Heel is just enough to keep my ankle dry.That smell, though.. they smell like an old lady’s perfume, and plenty of it. If we didn’t live in the woods, I’d keep them outside. Hoping it dissipates soon.

My toe hurts, little tight

This shoe is way too heavy. The picture doesn’t really show how heavy and awkward the feel of this shoe. Sent it back with no problem.
