I am amending my initial 5 star review.Initially the product arrived nice and quickly as described, however, I then went to use a coil only to find none of the 3 in 1 pack worked, kept showing 'no coil detected' tried the other pack and the first one I took out worked fine!No worries I thought I shall message them and enquire.They replied asking me to send a photo of the boxes (no apologies for the inconvenience I might add) which I can't do via the amazon app, so asked if they can provide an email for me to send to (they can't due to amazon)The person I then spoke to said "it seems strange that 1 box works and the other doesn't"Obviously this person hasn't worked around physical products much as things with a fault usually aren't that common.... this throw away comment would have been fine if they gave a resolution. But they didn't.So fast forward to today I'm still none the wiser if I will be getting a replacement or if I'm going to have to chase my bank to reverse the payment, but, safe to say, with so many other vape companies on here I shall be giving my future business to one of them!

The only coil i use great flavour and smoke, usually one coil lasts me 3 to 4 weeks.
