I really need these and can tell when I don't take them. Heart disease runs on my dad's side of the family so I have to pay attention in that dept. When I wake up and feel it's going to be a bit more difficult, I double up. In the winter I always double up due to extreme weather, which is hard on the body. I was taking another brand, until they "kept improving the formula" to a more processed one, and then it didn't have any good affects on me anymore. So I hunted for cheaper ones using the older same verbage and found this at the drugstore and it seems to have the same affect as my old favorite used to. Much better price on Amazon.

What I love about this product is that it doesn't have magnesium stearate in it. The ruling is still out whether this metal is OK for use, so I'm glad this brand does not have it in it. Great price as well.
