Great quality! I am switching to glass for better health and was hesitant because of fear of them breaking. I ordered several brands and this was the one I kept, and ordered more. The glass is thick and strong. The sleeve is thick enough but not bulky feeling to hold. I love the choice of lids- though have only used the bamboo lid so far. It costs a lot for 1 bottle - but I am confident it will last, so it is a bargain to not have to replace my new favorite water bottle!

I can’t speak to the longevity of this product because I’ve only had it about a month, but I really like it. It’s comfortable to hold, the seal doesn’t leak, and the rim is very thick and rounded so it’s really comfortable to drink out of (which I know sounds like a weird thing to say, but you’ll know what I mean if/when you try it). The cute bamboo cap is really easy to screw on and off and it’s been an easy bottle to wash. All in all, great product. Hope it holds up over time!

The customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! I received my bottle quickly and after washing it, I noticed a crack near the lip of the bottle. I reached out to the company and they replied right away and sent me a brand new replacement bottle at no charge. This company stands by their quality products and they treat their customers so well. I love drinking out of a glass bottle because it keeps the water crisp and free of microplastics. This will become your go-to bottle. Also, can’t go wrong with any of their colors. I chose the black to match my room decor. Thank you!

This water bottle is fantastic for everyday use - is easy to clean, and the wide mouth makes filling it up a breeze. Plus, the sleek design and nice grip. I'm very happy with this purchase. Update I was happy until the second bottle I purchased also unfortunately broke. I contacted customer service and they said it would be replaced. I have received nothing and customer service is not responding to me. I will never order from them again!! Ps. The bottom of the bottles shattered, they weren't even dropped. Poor quality.

I love this water bottle, its slim enough to fit in my back pocket. Its weighted enough that it won't tip over easily and is easy to clean. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the glass is very brittle and will break with very little impact. I have to order a new one because I just dropped my black one on the concrete today.

What's not to like? It's glass, it's the right size, smooth outer covering, looks great, cool bamboo cover. All's good here! Try this one; you'll like it!

One of the bamboo lids was broken. That same bottle was hard to stand on flat surface because of silicone it was very fragile, it was not laying confidently on the surface. I ripped the silicone off. What I liked was the size of mouth, you can actually drink without worrying about spilling water all over yourself. I have purchased wider mouth bottle two weeks ago and this one is better because of that. I have taken silicone from that previous bottle to this new one and it actually fit quite well. Even design is better like this in my opinion.

I love the look! Simple to clean. I am replacing all my plastic bottles with glass bottles and this one is great. It is sleek and for the price, it is great. I picked black, next will be blue. I love the color options. No more plastic for me, glass it is. I love the top and silicone cover. My water stayed insulated longer than my plastic bottles. LOVE THE BOTTLE!

The bottle was cracked on arrival. leaked on first filling. This is my second bottle, The first fell on a carpeted floor with underlay and broke. At this stage I would like a refund.
