As far as taste goes, this is the best tasting liquid melatonin I've ever had! It works quickly and allows for that "sleepy feeling" to come about 30 minutes after taking it. When I had an issue with shipment, they even sent an extra in the next box! Definitely the best melatonin option for my family.

I use this product for my 2 sons with severe ADHD. Sleep is a nightmare with them! I found that I did not need to give them a full dosage to obtain the results I was looking for and it's for this reason I will continue to order it. I have not been able to find this dosage in any of my local stores in liquid form nor have I found anything that can beat its price! My youngest son has an issue with taking medicines due to his special needs and I was able to mix this into his juice box without him even noticing! Within half an hour of him taking it, he is ready for bed and sleeps like a dream all night. His mood in the morning is refreshing! I can definitely see the difference in him from using this. My older son tried it without juice and did not care for the taste. Could just be because he's picky. I give him the same dosage as my younger son and while it doesn't help him sleep as well as his brother, he is easier to put to bed and falls asleep better. I could probably up his dosage to obtain the same results as his brother. Very pleased with this product and will continue to order it.

This liquid melatonin sleep aide is very effective! My husband was using another brand that became discontinued. I found this brand and took the chance, I am happy I did. Not only does he fall asleep quite quickly, but he stays sleeping. And that’s where his problem was. He wakes up feeling rested and refreshed. He’s not a huge fan of the taste, but he says for how well it works, he can overlook that. Drops arrived sealed tightly.

The stuff works, it is liquid and contains a dropper, has a bit of an after taste due to artificial sugar, but it is not bad.

Great Product

First, this has alcohol in it. Second, it also has stevia in it. Two things I'm not a huge fan of in supplements. The taste is absolutely horrid and even if it works wonders, I can't get it down anymore. This is my second night with it. I did sleep ok the first night. Not a huge difference but maybe a bit more solid. I got the liquid because I figured I'd have good control over how much I took, as I've gotten headaches from melatonin the following day on the 5mg doses. I researched and found there is 1mg dosages and went with the liquid because I have used many other liquid supplements that work great and have a pleasant flavor without having to swallow a horse pill and also just being able to control the amount I'm taking. While I didn't wake with a headache, bonus, it was absolutely horrible to taste. You feel the burn of the alcohol, which I just find unnecessary to add considering other liquid supplements don't use it and the after taste of stevia made it worse. There's a faint taste of berries or something I guess. At the end of the day, I'll be going back to a 1mg pill form that I can just cut up. I wanted this to work. Also very unfortunate I'm losing my money on something that definitely needs improvement. And if you're giving this to your pets please be warned that alcohol is toxic and stevia can and will cause stomach upset in many pets. Please be careful when using this product on animals. Find a product that is formulated specifically for them. This is coming from a vet tech who's seen things occur after ingestion of those two ingredients, even at low doses.
