Converse Unisex Chuck Taylor Rubber Rain Boot Sneaker Black (10.5 Men/Women 12.5)

I'm not sure why most rain boots have to look so large and clunky. After giving up on finding rain boots that didn't have toe boxes comparable to clown shoes, I turned to these Converses. They fit like a regular pair of Chucks, so expect them to run half a size large and have minimal support. The rubber has a nice finish to it that makes the shoes look like leather Converses, and breathability is surprisingly decent for a rubber, sealed shoe. They're great for keeping out the rain while walking around the city, but since they are mid-tops I wouldn't use them to go tromping through puddles. The style of this shoe and the versatility of pairing it with casual outfits is worth the trade-off in heavy-duty rain protection.

I wore these in the pourin rain and am pleased to say my tootsies were dry as can be y'all! I wouldn't however recommend cruisin' w these all day long. Theyre good for about 5-6 hours of straight walkin' before your feet start sweatin', now mind me y'all I was hoofin it in Nawlins in hurricane season so take it with a grain a salt. Anyhow I like 'em. Take care y'all!
