Great taste. Does not cause reflux
Great coffee. Reliable taste and helps with reflux. One of the MANY times I ordered it there was a problem with delivery. Not company’s fault, but they made things right without hesitation. Like that it’s a small business too. Will keep ordering.

The Coffee is great...but
I've been ordering this coffee for years now. It's the best tasting to me of the low-acid coffees. I like the Columbian and Chocolate Coconut flavors. However, for the last year or so, they've had pod issues. Boxes sometimes come dented or destroyed which I know can be a shipper issue. However, I've had pods that the foil is coming off of the top. I've had boxes of coffee that are completely intact but there's loose coffee all inside the boxes and a couple of the pods are empty from it. Here's my take on it, the coffee is great, but there are major QC issues with the pods. If you're going to spend over $1 a pod on these for the benefit of having low-acid coffee, the QC problem needs to be solved.

Less acid means less flavor
I love coffee, so instead of completely giving it up, I switched to low acid to see if it affects my GERD less. This coffee is definitely less acidic than other coffees. That said, the flavor is a bit weaker than I would normally drink. It doesn’t taste bad, but it is like very, very light brew. I would much rather drink this than give up my morning cup, but it wouldn’t be my first choice if acid wasn’t a factor!

Good flavor, low acid is great, but faulty pods
Good flavor, and I love the low acid, but these are the only pods that my Keurig hates. The tops aren't stretched tight enough or something because as they dip down enough for water to spill across the top and over the sides dripping water onto the counter. It only gets half of the water through the pod to make a half cup of coffee and the rest of the water ends up in the tray or on the counter. My machine doesn't do that with any other k-cups but these. The machine has also been cleaned recently, so that's that the cause.

Pods Burst! Grounds flood Brewer! Ouch! Beware!
I've been using Healwise pods in my Keurig for years and have always had a great experience. I also use the refillable pods with the bags of ground coffee. I loved the taste and the ease of the pods. But this last package of 72 pods kept bursting on me when I'd brew a cup and the grounds would flood the brewer. I actually thought it was the multistream technology in the new Keurig brewer so I trashed the brewer and bought a single stream Cuisinart. It still burst. So it was the pods! This has now cost me $300 in brewers and I'm no longer using the pods. Beware. It's not just the mess, but the 20 to 30 minutes it takes to clean the brewer after the burst and the damage it does to the machine. I will continue to use the bags of ground coffee in the refillable pods, but I'll never use the pre-filled Healthwise pods again. The photo of the burst pod is from my brand new Cuisinart as I trashed my previous machine after five months of thinking it was the machine and not the pods that were defective.

Excellent coffee and can be used by IC sufferers.

Not as good as I expected.
It tastes a little like French Vanilla. But could have some more flavor. I didn't notice much of a caffeine hit compared to my usual coffee.
