Easy to install and the printer is working great

When our Lexmark MS811dn Printer started giving errors about the maintenance kit running low, I had to decide between just purchasing a new printer and picking up a replacement maintenance kit.My big hang up was that we use our printer very heavily and I didn't want it to die in the middle of a work day. On top of that, I was concerned that this would be a hassle to install.Regardless of my concerns, I decided that the lower cost of this kit on Amazon justified the possible risks.Fortunately, the install was very easy! One of the guys in the shop watched a YouTube video and had this installed in about 20 minutes with no tools at all. The pieces just click into place - so if you're worried about needing a technician, I'd say that shouldn't be a concern at all.This kit includes enough parts to replace everything in the printer as well as 2 additional printer trays. In our case, we're using a total of 5 printer trays (the printer + 4 additional trays), so we ended up having to order some additional parts.Basically, you'll need a 40X7713 Roller Separator and a 40X7593 Pick Roller for each additional tray. Remember that the kit includes enough parts for the printer + 2 additional trays, so you'll only need the additional parts if you have more than 3 total printer trays.Anyway, this kit is easy to install and our print trays are working just like new again - so we're good to go for a few hundred thousand more pages. I would definitely recommend using this kit if you're printer is warning about the maintenance kit running low!

I did not receive return information for the old unit, so it went to local recycling. We did not need all the additional rollers, so they are sitting on a shelf and will most likely never be used. But, you cannot simply receive the primary unit, such a waste.

Takes some time to install, but well worth the effort.
