Well designed brake pads, they fit my 2019 Explorer perfect. Some people complained about the return springs being missing from the new pads, but they are actually designed into the anti rattle clips. I am very happy with this product.

Installed these brake pads on a 2017 Ford explorer sport. They fit perfectly. I'm not sure why people are getting confused on whether or not they will fit your vehicle. It says in the product info what they will fit. Anyways there good quality and happy with purchase. Don't forget to do the "bedding" technique which you can read online how to do. It's a must for new brake pads.

These pads fit perfectly the 352 mm rotors I purchased from Detroit Axle. I saw several comments stating they don’t fit the Explorer and that’s probably correct for the base models with the 325 mm rotors, but it does fit my 2017 Platinum with the 3.5 l V6 and AWD. The Detroit Axle rotors are very beefy, a lot more than the OEM rotors and after doing a very good bedding of the pads and rotors, they have impressive stopping power. For the DYI’s wanting to tackle a brake job, there are many good videos and bedding videos as well. Bedding pads to rotors is a crucial part of replacing brakes and I strongly recommend watching the excellent YouTube videos. For my part I did about 10 downs from 35 mph to 5 mph, increasing brake pedal pressure as they went. I did several more from 50 mph to about 10 and about a dozen fairly hard slow down (never allowed the car to fully stop) at 60+ mph. All done on a quiet road, watching my rear view mirror the whole time…Let the brake cool between braking and avoid engaging the ABS…good luck

In general, Bosch pads are good product, in the package there were all 8 new clips and small grease bag. The pads are a little different from the original ones only by the lack of special corner clips that keep the pads away from the disc, which in a great way, prevents brake noise while driving. I have had these on the front of my Explorer for about a month now. I have not noticed any brake noise, chatter, or squeal from them so far. They stop very well and seem to be breaking in very evenly so far. The included clips with the pads fit the brake caliper bracket very well.
