I was Seriously Amazed at what a great Camera this is for the price pretty darn good clarity, you can scan pretty much your whole space! I love that you can speak to whomever you are watching ...Like your Dogs..tell them to get off the couch! LOL! The app was super easy to set up and connect with the camera. I purchased 2 one for our main space and one for the Grandkids room...much less money then a baby monitor with all the same features..and WAY better video quality. I am just super impressed!

This gadget is amazing!! It picks up on voices two rooms away, night vision is impeccable. Motion is amazing. App for your phone or device easy to setup. I recommend this itemWe use this to see and talk with my elderly grandma who is home bound. Wearable to check in on her, talk with her, and assist all hours of the day. The cloud storage helps so we can preview anything we may have missed. The night vision is very clear. Audio is very clear from two rooms away ( with one person in viewing area)

First I want to say that the seller was really really helpful, very responsive to my questions and in helping me get the camera set up. I have a Fios 5G wifi router and had to make a few adjustments using my Fios app so that I could connect the device using 2.4GHz wifi. This wasn't terribly difficult once I was given some guidance. Also, the re-start button to put the device into smart mode is sort of hidden - you have to turn the camera so the robot face is "looking up". It would have been helpful had the manufacturer included a picture of this. However, again the seller was really really helpful and got the camera working, she sent me videos to make sure I understood what to do. The camera quality is fine. Especially considering how inexpensive the device is. The app is easy to install and easy to use.So I give the camera manufacturer 4 stars because it wasn't easy/seamless to install and the instructions were not very helpful, but I'd like to give the seller 5 stars for her assistance!

The video quality of this camera is amazing. At night you can see everything just as clear as day time. The day quality as also flawless. This camera (my kids call the robot) works great to hear what is going on as well you can press a button on your phone and speak to the people in the room too. You can also take pictures and record video from a press of a button on your phone app. I highly recommend this. Only down side is it needs to be setting on a shelf or mounted to the ceiling for panning properly. Mounting to the wall works best if it's camera direction isn't needing to be rotated much.

I purchased this camera and it worked great for about 3 weeks. Then it stopped recording and I tried everything I could to get it to record again and it just won't. I emailed tech support a week ago and still they haven't replied. I spent a lot of money on this and it quit working. I am very displeased!!!!As far as the picture and sound, it is a great little camera.It would just be nice if the company that made it cared enough about their products to help when their products quit working.

We ordered two of these and we love them. We had workers in the house for a project so we left for a day. When we returned, we found that the connector on one was somehow pushed into the body. I suspect an unfortunate encounter with gravity. Without hesitation, we ordered another one.We also contacted the sellers and told them what happened. We had it long enough for us to not expect a replacement. However, they asked for a picture of the problem and are sending us a replacement. Now we will have three.Setup was simple once I figured out where the reset button Is located. There is the spherical part with the lens that pans and tilts. At the very bottom of the sphere, out of sight, is the reset button. Just manually tilt the lens up and there it is. The instructions will tell you when to push it.There are two ways to install it. One connects it to your PC using a cable that is included. I took the other option of downloading the iPhone app and installing it that way.The night vision got a low grade only because there is a light that comes on when using it at night. We have them indoors so the light reflects off the window.A few years back I spent over $100 for a similar device. It lost contact with the router every time we lost power. The video quality wasn’t nearly as good either. With this unit we can unplug it, move it, and plug it back in. It immediately starts working without any intervention.

The camera is fine if you are nearby the camera within its wifi.The app lets you use multiple cameras, however, you have to switch wifis for each camera.When I searched for a nanny cam on Amazon, this camera came up, but it is not useful if you are not home within its wifi range.

I was disappointed with the video feature when reviewing recorded videos. You can't fast forward through a video as you are watching - as in change the speed it is playing back at. It takes a long time to go through all the videos. I want to be able to access my videos online rather than via an app. It would be nice if some cloud type of storage was available so I could access them from any where. I also want to select a time frame to record and can't put a start or stop time in.The app is not very user friendly and has limited capabilities. I tried finding a website for customer service as I had questions and all I could find was an email address.The lights in the camera show in the dark and draw your attention right to the camera. Also the lights shine off of the window and you can't see what is happening outside because of the glare.I would have liked them to be smaller as they are difficult to conceal. They are fat and not slim.Set-up was easy, but I am disappointed with the four cameras I purchased.
