It really works!
I purchased this unit mainly to clean motorcycle carburetors. It’s done a good job of that. It cleans out the tiny fuel and air jets of the smallest carbs I’ve cleaned so far. The parts aren’t as shiny as Hydro-Seal gets them, but the Ultra Sonic is much faster. One or two 30 minute sessions is all it takes. I’ve been using the Master Stages Cleaner 2020, also purchased from Amazon, diluted with water in this unit. That and the recommended heat gets the job done. The combination seems to be effective. The machine is kind of noisy, as others have pointed out. It’s also heavy when full (of the recommended Max fill of fluid) so you have to pick a spot to leave it sit. The heater takes awhile to warm up the fluid so I’ve chosen not to place mine in the garage, even though it is partially heated. Mine is in the laundry room, where the tub is handy for washing cleaned parts. Overall, I’m happy with this machine. Two thumbs up, as Siskel&Ebert used to say.

Works Great with No issues
This cleaner works great! I purchased it over 1.5 years ago and have had no issues. I should have bought one years ago. It's a great time saver cleaning the hard to reach spaces in-between! I should have purchased a larger one. You'll always find something too large to fit in the one you have. With this model, I heat the cleaning fluid before putting it into the cleaner to ~ 75C (150F) and the cleaner's heather has brings it to 80C in a cold room and can maintain it.

Well made
Works great in the shop for cleaning small engine parts, carburetors, nuts, bolts, etc.

Works OK, doesn't meet manufacturer's published specifications
TL;DR -- Slightly over-priced for what you get and it does work, but the transducer does not produce the rated power. I bought the 40A model, which purports to have a 200 watt tank heater and a 240 watt transducer. I put an ammeter on it to test this, and while the heater makes the rated 200 watts (120V @ ~1.9 amps), the transducer only makes about 200 watts (120V @ 1.75 amps). Curiously, this would match the specs for the 30A unit (although the label on this one does say 40A). The usable tank volume is approximately 11.5" x 9.25" x 4.75" (WHD), which is 505 cubic inches, or 2.2 gallons (~8.3 liters). I'm assuming you're not supposed to fill it past the ridge that's about 1" down from the top. The entire tank volume might be 2.6 gallons (10 liters), but the usable tank volume is not. You're not supposed to set objects on the bottom of the tank, so the included basket further reduces the usable volume of the tank. The 200 watt heater took over 30 minutes to raise the temperature from 20C to 40C. I didn't do the math to determine how long it should take to raise 2 gallons by 20C degrees, but when you're waiting for it, it's slow. Glacially slow... The controls work OK, but the front panel of the unit is thin sheet metal, and flexes quite a bit as you're pressing buttons. The manual is what you'd expect from a typical Chinese manual; hard to read and lacking clarity. For instance, if you don't have enough water in the tank, the temperature blinks '01' and although the heater indicator is on, it's not actually heating. You do need to fill the tank a little more than 3/4 full before it decides it has enough fluid to be happy. When the unit is first turned on, the timer defaults to 5:00 minutes. Once the cycle has completed, it resets back to 0:00. This is a little annoying if you want to run a number of cleaning cycles. I had to keep resetting it to 15 minutes before starting each cycle. I have no way to measure the transducer frequency, so I'll have to trust that it's indeed 40KHz. The unit is not excessively noisy, but you don't want to run it in your office. It produces a moderately loud buzzing, which is the tank resonating at some frequency. My overall impression is that I would have found it to be a much better value at $150 than $200. It does clean things; I had a bunch of fairly dirty sockets from a socket wrench set, and it cleaned them up. I used AIM Purple Dragon cleaner, and they came out pretty well. I also cleaned a few bolts from an engine that were greasy and had some rust, and it did OK on those. It's good enough to not return it, but it's no value deal. That being said, I didn't see any other units on Amazon that seemed any better.

Works great
So far, so good. Using it to clean watches. It is powerful & creates a very even wave in the fluid. The heater works fantastic. The only bad part is the basket, but just buy your own mesh containers to use, as they are finer & hold parts better. I use solvents, so I put them in Mason jars & submerge into water which I place in the unit. At work we use a soap solution directly in the unit itself. They get a ton of use & still work great. So I'm pretty happy with it, & am glad they don't cost $300 for a quality unit anymore.

Metal tray leak
Didn't last used very little. The tray was so thin it wore two pinholes throu the base and shorted out the board.

Mediocre cleaning at best
I’m using this cleaner to remove oxidation from small brass and steel pieces. Cleaning results are mediocre at best. It heats the cleaning solution, which is probably the major effect on what little bit of cleaning that does happen. The plastic tube adapter for draining the reservoir is too small to fit the drain valve.

Had high hopes for this product due to the number of glowing reviews. Received in excellent condition. No damage on packaging, unit and parts all appear to be well made and fit together perfectly. Decided to do a quick test and tried to start the machine with a couple of metal parts and no heating - just tap water. Proceeded to trip my house's circuit breaker after 1 minute, and would no longer turn on afterwards despite fuses and cable still being intact and power switch still lighting up. Returned.
