This product really helps when I take it before bedtime i notice i have less gas in the morning. It can also be taken during the day if you are having bloating and gas.

The price is good. The quality appears to be the same as what I used to buy here in Australia when I was able to get it prior to the shortage. Actually contains a higher amout of charcoal than the brand I was using. There are products available claiming to have much higher amounts. I'm not sure about taking such high amounts when these work for me. YMMV.
