I've been taking Calcium and Magnesium for about 5 years, every night. I have had hypothyroidism since I was 8 (30 now) and the medication apparently depletes your bones. My doctor has told me to take 1000 IU of Vitamin D because of this. My grandmother had always preached to me how important it is to take care of my bones, the sooner the better, because it could be too late when I'm older with bone density problems. So I've took on the life test of caring for my bones by taking a Calcium and Magnesium supplement with Vitamin D. You may already know, if you are looking for a Calcium product with Magnesium in it, that it is essential to take Magnesium for your body to utilize the Calcium properly. What I like about that is; since I've been taking Calcium with the Magnesium, I've been regular (if you know what I mean) ;) everyday. In the past I've been rather constipated. I feel healthier and I haven't had any type of weight gain issues and I strongly feel it is due to taking a Calcium and Magnesium supplement every night. Like I've said, I've tried many different Calcium and Magnesium products, and they all treated me slightly different. I feel that this one is a product that I will repurchase because it is one that keeps my regularity stable which leads me to believe that my body is utilizing the Calcium properly. Plus, the Zinc is good for a variety of other things, like your immune and nerve health. Then I take a Vitamin D 1000 IU supplement along with this every night. So with this, I hope to grow old without any osteoporosis issues.

Blue Bonnet and Solgar are the only vitamins to take. They are pure and tested. Amazon has good prices on them. Cheaper than the health food store. Wish more doctors were vitamin literate, shame they are not. Hope this helps you find the best vitamins on the market.

I like two vitamins in one pill form so that I don't need to take two different pills which will be 6 pills together. But it's very big and I need yo take 3 pills at a time.

Excellent product. You know the importance of taking vitamins and sometimes the ingredients are not the best. The quality of the ingredients is very good. Don’t hurt your stomach or anything. I love this brand!!!

I love this company. I trust this brand! I’ve used several of their products. However, these pills are huge! I cannot take them, and there’s no return on them, so this is a total waste of money for me. I couldn’t find anything on the listing about the ‘actual size’.
