Perfect for a kids birthday party. I wasn’t sure what the wooden pieces were for, but they weren’t necessary anyway.

I purchased a box to use for an activity at a birthday party and each kid kept asking for more. They're easy to use and good quality with a variety of shapes provided.

Got this to do at our birthday party and or was worth every penny! The girls had so much fun. Inside the big box, they are all individually boxed with everything needed within. Each girl chose her bottle design- I thought they may fight over who wants what, the stars were the favorite but everyone was fine with what they got. We started out slow because surprisingly, a lot of them had never done sand art before. They each chose one color of sand and I cut it, then we experimented with what designs we could do with the stick, opened the other colors and about three layers in, they were all super confident about what they were doing and so excited to be making such awesome art. They each took their project home and everyone loved it. I would definitely recommend a hundred times over.

I bought these as an activity for my son's 4th birthday, which had a "construction" theme. They were such a hit!! The four year old crowd definitely needed some help and guidance from their parents, but overall they were able to do their crafts really well. The kids were thrilled with a keepsake to take home and the parents all commented about what a cool activity it was. This kit was SO much easier than others I had looked at, since every kid had their own funnel and own sand bags. No waiting or sharing required. Tip...have multiple pairs of scissors handy because you need to snip the corners of the sand bags for them to be pourable, and the kids got impatient waiting for their sand to be opened. Overall, I would highly recommend these sand kits and would buy them again!!

Why did you pick this product vs others?: These are small but cute and 1 came broken but these were a huge hit for arts and craft at a sleepover.

Such a fun party favor for kids. Small but perfect size for littles to use. Just wish there were more than 4 colors.

I got these as a craft project for my grandkids. ..ages 6 and 11...they loved them...held their interest and very easy to use..amazing for the price..you get 12 kits..with everything you need in each individual kit..so no need to share..really helps them use their imaginations and feel proud after..would definitely buy again
