These do seem to work for me. I sometimes get a sudden leg cramp in the middle of the night waking me up from a dead sleep. I keep a tube by my bedside and they seem to work quickly. They have a pleasant taste and dissolve fairly quickly. I will buy again. With 3 tubes I can keep one in my purse too.

Great value. Great product. They really help with leg and foot cramps. At the first sign you'll might get cramps, drink lots of water and take some before bed. Magnesium also helps. I'm thankful that my chiropractor introduced me to these.

I don't know who bought out Boiron and RUINED IT! But I sure am glad that I've been around long enough to know the difference between homeopathy with integrity and the idiotic thing some corporation has turned it into.NEWSFLASH! NO flavor, "natural", or otherwise, belongs in a homeopathic remedy.SIDE NOTE: There is no such thing as "natural flavor". Natural flavor is FDA compliance with corporate money to poison the consumer. I repeat - THERE IS NO SUCH THING. It is either msg, or some nefarious chemical cr*p you do NOT want to be ingesting. Especially in a "health" product.All this said, I wouldn't give this tainted product to my worst enemy. Taking them yourself is like trying to do something good for yourself, then hitting yourself over the head with a hammer. Because over time, the cr*p in this product goes directly to the weakest part of your body, stores up and turns into a problem further down the road and you will never be able to connect the dots.
