I bought this mat for myself for myself for my 40th birthday after having my other petrochemical mat for 15 years. This is well worth the money. It’s absolutely beautiful and I felt very secure during my first practice with it. I am not using it for hot yoga. Just vinyasa and kundalini and it is very plush and comfy for this purpose. Happy birthday to me!!!Added note: for those who are complaining of it being slippery,… it may help to focus on your alignment and weight distribution during your practice. I found that the two times my hands have felt a slight slip it was actually me, not the mat,… I had not been focusing on my breath and mula banda (hand lock). When you are not expressing the integrity of the posture you are imbalanced which can lead to instability. That’s on the yogi,.. not the mat

There are so many wonderful things about this mat it's hard to know where to start. I have had several different yoga mats over the years and have always been a bit disappointed until now. I have tried several types of different foam, natural rubber, none, the list goes on. I just happened to see an add for Yoloha at the beginning of a 30 days of yoga and was immediately curious. I ordered one before I got started. @ days later it arrived, great packaging, a seed starter personalized, hand written note was the first thing I saw right on top. Awesome, I love when companies take the time to be passionate about their products. I have been using it for a few weeks now and am in love! The cork smells terrific, the foam is a perfect density, and hands and feet do not slip! It's easy to clean and seems to be very durable. I highly recommend Yoloha cork yoga mats for beginners to experts.

I really like the way I don’t slip at all with this mat and it is very comfortable to do difficult poses on that would hurt with a regular one. However, I’ve only been using it for a week and I few small pieces have stuck up and I have to brush those bits off or they’re uncomfortable to rest anything on. Can’t just push them back down and I don’t want this to eat away at the mat. Hoping it holds up over time

I haven't even used it yet but taking it out of the box I could tell that it was going to be nice to practice yoga on. I like that it was wider. I hope they make this same one in the 4 x 6 size. I looked but didn't see one that had the same backing.

Compared to my lululemon mat, this is a bit more slippery. I like the idea of cork and plants. I had to use the Lululemon mat yesterday and it was like laying on concrete compared to the amazing cork mat!! Thank you 😀

I love everything about this mat. It's longer and a little wider which I like. I'm tall and needed a longer mat. The cork is nice and smooth. You may want to spritz the mat before use, like the instructions state, so that your hands will grip better. Several people in my Yoga class were interested when they saw mine.

This mat is very slippery even if spritz with water my feet are constantly slipping out from under me. Additionally I have to weight the corners with blocks so that it does not curl up on me. A complete waste of money

Just had my mat delivered this afternoon. Looking foreward to using it in the morning. Nicely cushioned, beautiful design. My daughter bought the same mat several months ago and loves it!
