Just recently came back from Seoul and had hotteok and wanted to make it at home. Found this hotteok presser and it was perfect to help smash the dough to help fry it. It is sturdy and looks long lasting. Great buy!

I bought this little guy with the plan to use it for when I make Hotteok. Worked really to flatten the dough. Also, used it to make smash burgers and a press for homemade Cuban sandwiches. Durable and easy to clean.

This worked great! I love making hotteok and this helps me make them how they should actually be instead of just a fluffy doughnut! I wish there was a way to fold it and make is smaller for storage, but it's honestly not too big of a problem!
